Scope and contact
These terms concern SupportGate’s website and prelaunch account access. The provider is SupportGate AS, organisation number 938 033 994, Ulven, Oslo, Norway. Contact: hello@supportgate.no.
The product is intended for business use. If you act for a business, you must be authorised to do so. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Prelaunch service
Dataset Quality Filter is under development. The website describes the intended workflow and uses fictional demonstrations. Account access, where available, provides a holding page. Chat, uploads, dataset checks, result downloads and payments are disabled. Creating an account is free and does not order a paid service or guarantee a launch date, pilot place or future feature.
The planned product flags selected quality and content issues for human review. Checks can miss issues or flag content incorrectly. SupportGate does not guarantee detection of all defects or personal data, the quality of a trained model, or compliance with the GDPR, EU AI Act or any other law. You remain responsible for evaluating results and deciding how to use your data.
Account responsibilities
Keep your account information accurate and your sign-in credentials secure. Do not share credentials or try to access another person’s account. Contact us if you suspect misuse. We may restrict account access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate misuse or comply with law.
The website and prelaunch account may change or be interrupted. No uptime or support-response guarantee is offered for this phase. You can stop using the account and request closure at any time by email.
Pricing and future orders
Prices are given on request, in EUR excluding VAT. Purchases are closed and no payment is taken through this website. Displayed pilot terms describe the proposed offer, not an accepted order. Availability, scope and applicable terms must be agreed before a pilot or paid service starts.
Before enabling dataset uploads, we will present the applicable service terms and data processing agreement. Nothing on this website authorises us to use your datasets or train models on them.
Acceptable use and ownership
Do not use the website to break the law, disrupt the service, bypass access controls or distribute malicious material. The site’s branding, design and content belong to SupportGate or their respective licensors. Third-party software and assets remain subject to their own licences.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains personal-data processing and your rights. The Cookie Policy describes browser storage. These notices are information about processing; reading them is not blanket consent to optional tracking or future dataset processing.
Responsibility and applicable law
We are responsible under applicable law. Product information and demonstrations are not legal advice or a compliance certification. Norwegian law applies, without removing mandatory protections or rights to bring claims in a competent court. Please contact us first if there is a problem so we can try to resolve it.
Changes
The date above identifies this version. Material changes affecting an existing account will be communicated through the service or by email before they apply. Any future paid service requires its own applicable terms.
